Welcome to what is it.
This is just like Where is it in the other state forums, but this is on Locomotives & Rolling Stock around Australia. Either a whole loco\carriage or a part
on one and the person guess's the correct number/class member and or name of something, Carriage type, lettering or number code get's to put up one of there own, and so on like that, the winner always get's to put up he's or her's picture next.

O.K to start off with. A real simple one, what is it?

An idea I had some time ago, but never got round to doing!

Anyways, to business. Quick late night stab, It looks a little like 1709s colours so ill guess that

One of the engines form the that US shunter. The NSW version of CR DE90 and DE91. That type of loco, just the NSW version.
