If it wasn't for the extra tracks below the Signal Box [SB], I would have suggested an old track diagram for Camberwell.

My only other suggestion could be an old diagram of Ringwood.

That funny cutout in the platform makes me think it's Eltham.

Ok, the turntable in the diagram limits the possibilities!

We're taking late 70's here.  As of now, it's not closed yet but this station's days may be numbered.

Where are we??

The turntable certainly helped as did your clue about its future.

I have no diagrams so over to you Dreadnought if you don't mind.

OK, here's station number 4.

I gave a clue last time and someone got it in 6 minutes...so no clues up front this time, just go for it!

Might drop some clues later if necessary...

Well, so much for clues....
David B, Well done again!  I didn't think it was that easy!

Yes, it was Williamstown Racecourse in 1933!
An interesting little place, now covered in oil refineries.

Over to you...

Location: Not here. Try another castle.
Looks like a North-East passing loop of some sort as the diverging track is the platform road...  It's not Euroa, as there would be a bridge where the bracket and disc is.  It's not Baddaginnie (platform's on the wrong side).
I'll start with Longwood? (There's about three I could guess...)

Excellent reasoning, but not Longwood.

Not Longwood?
I'm still convinced that's the North-East...

I'll try the next site along - Chiltern?
It's obsucre enough to be something DavidB would use...
Guess changed from Creighton as the position of Creightons Creek Rd (presuming that down trains run right) precludes it

I'm with Chris B on this, I reckon it's Ballan too...

Actually, I'm going to be more specific.
Up end of Ballan in the 1970s or '80s ('cos the old loco sidings were situated between the platform end and the Up Departure sticks and they went in the mid 60's IIRC).
