    Nope I paid the extra $20 for the weathering option! 8)  Wink
    She runs like a dream,especially with my Austrains JL's in Push-Pull form.
    All I need now is Min(t)o Station/Siding on my layout.........Or Not.  Kill MeLaughing

    That does look great! I didn't think that livery would be very popular, but seeing it weathered it looks fantastic! So tempted now ... Twisted Evil

    Duffy, if that were a brick building, and 3830 instead of 3640, it would look alot like one of the photos at Everleigh I saw from the 150th! It's nice seeing the noses poking out like that. Very Happy Do you have any more photos of the 36? It looks a nice one!

    Thank you Biqua, although I gotta tell you, those photos around the station are way out date!  a lot has changed in that area in 3 months.

    Ive just been admiring your photos from the 150th, some brilliant shots there!  Even one especially of my little Kero lamps touch with 1210

    That shed is nice Duffy.

    Is it cardboard or scale tin ? Is it supported by the wall material or a cladded frame?
    Can you please post some more photos of it?

    I'd lift the door heigts a tad though, forever getting my fat hands caught in small places.

    There are a couple of ways:

    You can have your photos in a Railpage Gallery, and use the Gallery function to display it as a thumbnail link - eg

    comes out as:


    Alternatively, if you want the full size picture, you need the picture somewhere online, but not in a RP gallery, and then use the IMG function - eg

    comes out as:

    Thank you for the compliament, it isn't exactly finished yet (Needs a bit of weathering).  I constructed it from a plan out of AMRM.  Its a balsa frame clad first with Pasteboard and then with AMRI corrugated iron simulation (I think its plastic).  The Ventilators were done with Styrene, and the lights are just dick smith bulbs connected up to the AC supply running off my power pack.  Windows are Grandt Line 5010 roundhouse windows with clear styrene as the glass and its painted in Floquil reefer grey.  This was my first scratchbuilding attempt and all things considered, I think it turned out pretty well.  At some stage I plan to add a little interior detail, maybe some workshop machinery and benches, scaffolding etc

    That picture looks magic, it's the one that caught my eye in your link.

    Can now see it's not fixed to baseboard, some subtle ballast & a couple of 44 gal drums would cover the gaps nicely. (I'm thinking for me not you  Wink )

    I dont think Ill ever fix it to baseboard, cause as it is now it all you have too do is disconnect the wires and it lifts beautifully off allowing easy access for cleaning

    I saw the real thing up the Hunter last week.

    Your model looks too cleaner than the real thing. The body isn't partially burnt out, nor is the observer's side covered in graffiti Razz
