Yep, when the Gallery is all well & healthy, I'll put a picture in there. Any ideas on what extra wiring is needed to fit the Healthy State Indicators to an existing signal?

Basically the only wiring needed would be from the location of the "Healthy State Indicator" back to the crossing main control box and maybe an extra relay if there was no available spare auxilary contacts.
Maybe a current monitoring device if they wanted to monitor the actual globes where working.

The Bradshaw Drive level crossing has also been fitted with a "Healthy State Indicator" in the last couple of weeks. Its been fitted to the Bloomfield Street side of the crossing. Can't find the one for the Larapinta Drive crossing (these signals appear to be manually operated so there may not be the need for one)
There was also trackwork going on around the Larapinta Drive crossing for the line that goes around to the Smith Street side of the yard between the points on the Espie Street side of the crossing to the roads edge.

Tonights xAD1 freight from Adelaide came into town at around 1940 hours with FQ/ALF pair providing power.
On the back of the train were about 15-20 AQQX/AQFX flats which were not loaded. Is there a backlog of traffic from Darwin to come back down south?

So where are all the flats going? Didn't notice any excess containers or freight to go north or south to warrant that many flat wagons here in the Alice.

GM47 & GM46 are in Alice yard this morning. Both facing "A" end towards Adelaide. Any ideas why they are here?

Could this be to do with the imminent construction of the loading siding for the Frances Creek mine near Pine Creek?

NR111 & AN3 bought the Ghan in Alice Springs from Darwin this morning. AN3 has been detached so it looks like NR111 will do the run south by itself (only other loco in the yard that I saw is FJ104)
There is also a northbound freight from Alice that leaves at around 1345 on a Sunday, is this still running? Doesn't seem overly busy in Alice yard in regards to road & rail traffic.
