I'd wager it's on the Apamurra Line.

Reedy Creek ?

Not:
Karoonda
Crystal Brook - Gladstone

The location is fairly close to a Siding, and I will accept the name of that siding. Doesn't really need to be "between" somewhere.

Cheers,
Wayne

Need some cough medicine their, 2001?
Note the time of the posts, I was obviously in the middle of typing/posting my reply when you posted your answer.

Anyway, it's not on the Appamurra line at all.

Now what was that about a wager?????

Wayne

Time for another clue:
None of the answers so far have even mentioned the correct gauge.

Someone needs to guess this by tomorrow, as I am away for the whole weekend.

Wanilla.

Mate, if that loco pulls as hard as you do, it'd move anything.
I'd still rather have an ALCo.

Sorry, was away for the weekend, and been sick since then.

Wanilla is correct, Nutbagg!

The photo is of the second portion of the derailed train which occurred on Sunday Nov, 18th. 2007 during the Centenary celebrations of the Port Lincoln - Cummins line.

All yours, Nutbagg.
