Thanks, guys. What an honour!
Now, can you name the largest number of consecutive railway stations which all start with the same letter of the alphabet.

My gues is three all these are techniquely in order and all have stations or should say did.
Narrabri Junction (had intermediate platform)
Narrabri west
Narrabri
Their is probably a better answer out there though.

Just for information's sake: re the last question, Helensburgh is purportedly named after a place in Scotland of the same name (but prounounced the way Edinburgh is). I'm sure I have also read somewhere that it's just as likely that the 'burgh may have been named for the daughter of one of the engineers on that section of line when it was being built.
To the current question, another possibility that comes to mind is on the Down end of the North Shore line, namely Warrawee, Wahroonga and Waitara.

Another possability is Macarthur, Menangle Park, Menangle. I'd assume there's at least a run of four somewhere.
Ben.

Decision:
Wurx's answer of the W's on the Shore is the best answer, beating the M's on the short south by 6 minutes!
I was thinking of Wyong, Warnervale, Wyee.
Over to Wurx >>>>>

The problem with your Narrabri answer (from what I can see with my diagrams) is that Narrabri Junction platform is on the North West Main Line after North Triangle branches off, and thus a train can't run Narrabri - Narrabri Junction - Narrabri West without changing direction.
You never know, wurx might give you his go.
Ben.
Edit: Fixed "withing" error.

Okay sorry was away on holiday so to speak (my brother ran away with all our computers )
Okay here it is:
Name three wagons that were built between 1965 and 1970 (this can include conversions)
Name three stations which all still see passenger use on a branchline.
(At least two on the same line)
Thats me for now.

Helens-bruh? Is it?
You live down that way, wurx, so I am happy for an Illawarra local to tell me I'm wrong, but I've always pronounced it "Helens-berg", and so have one or two people I've met that live there. They even call it "The 'burg".
Edit: or did you mean the original one is pronounced that way? Delete all reference if that's the case.
Humphrey! We're leaving!

You probably read about "Helen's bra" in "Sydney's Forgotten Illawarra Railways"by John Oakes. In it was noted that there is a Helensburgh in Scotland (pronounced in the same way as Edinburgh) but that the station is probably named after someone's wife and is pronounced "Helen's berg".
Fascinating book, btw. Best of the series, IMHO.

I can give an answer to the 2nd part of the question. Is it against the rules to Google an answer to the 1st part?

The NTBF (7139/7140) were built in 1966 by ComEng for Esso.
The NPAX (33301 - 33350) were built by ComEng in 1968/1969 for the NSWGR.
The NOBX (33401 - 33680) were built by ComEng in 1968 - 1970 for the NSWGR.
Griffith, Leeton and Narrandera all see the Griffith Xploder.
I'll allow the question, but one subject makes it easier in my opinion.
And I don't see any problem with googling an answer, but of course, where'd be the fun in it?
Ben.
