In all seriousness, you can discuss such fun things as:-

2) The big red button
3) The mighty T class and the yet to be invented mighty TRB and YRB...
4) Crying to Staterail
5) Da Fish
6) 7401
7) The forky
Cool Quality restorations
9) Stainless Steel 80 Classes
10) Big G@Y Podge
11) Push the button, <in a retard voice> Hurh Hurh Hurh Hurh.
12) Sitting in Central with refrigerated vans and a forklift as the 150th celebratory train
13) The mighty X Class idling - "Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum Yum"
14) The hand dryer in NR's
15) and why Duffman is going to need a new clutch soon.

Any others...

Cheers,

M

You're going to buy the four from Bob White and put 8-645Fs in them?

Well if you have polished 1210 up, you won't have enough polish for those poles.... just make sure 1210 does not suffer for your fun ..... Wink

We too (DVR) have a recruitment drive, well a small push at the moment too. Hope peole do sign up, or renew !

Might have known..... guess MG will be up as a guest, you know to fly the RP official flag....

Umm I think I'll stick to train comments, in future. Thought I think you would get more enjoyment in polishing up 1210 than watching Rolling Eyes

Damn straight, at least this way, I am not biased to anyone organisation. I have no preferences of one over the other... I treat all with disdain.

... only if you have $75 to become a member, and do some course in Queanbeyan.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh, This topic has been covered before. Chances are that you are not ever going to put your money where you mouth is anyway, in either sense.

Facts:-

1) Dont want to pay the m/ship, then fine. That doesnt stop you from volunteering.

2) The Q/B course was for safeworking i.e. driver/observer/guard.

This is standard practice across the industry for any worker/volunteer interested in becoming involved in railway op's, whether it be ARHSACT, RTM, 3801, PN, Freight Australia, QRN, ARG et al.

No and no. Monday has done neither and yet goes on most long distance trips and is down there just about every weekend. Repeat, you do not need the Track safety awareness course to volunteer at Kingston
