9441 running to Bairnsdale tonight and stabling up there over the weekend.

Do you know the reason as to why 9441 went down to Bairnsdale on Saturday morning?
And do you have any idea as to what loco's are on it if it is an X it might be worth the drive to Bairnsdale to get a couple of photo's if it.

Oops! Wrong line.

Oh! Wrong country too. Darn! Very Happy

For those who were wondering what I was on about when I made that post, I was gunzelling in Taiwan at the time. Very Happy Unfortunately I was stuck with an extremely slow connection and Railpage Australia™'s legendary reliability made it too difficult to follow up with an explanation. Wink

Isn't it ironic some of the best trainspottings happen by accident? I was just dropping mate home near Yarramen station and just happened to drive alongside the line on the way back home. Cool

X42, long end leading, T400, H2 pulling logs up through Yarramen at 00:19 this morning.
