[quote="Alltrains"]Thank you mjja.
On the link [www.railpage.com.au/f-p678207.htm} listed in the Public Statement
I lodged a post on 7 Nov 2006 at 11:56 that was aimed at every person on that thread in regard to copyright issues being breached.
The only response that was posted was by squeekazoid at 12:02 which was two posts below the one that I lodged and I feel that this post should have been mentioned in the Public Statement as It is relevent to the events that occurred.
According to the Public Statement it appears that squeekazoid had done nothing wrong except for only one indiscretion for failing to obtain permission from Team-Alco to do a re-skin.
What about all the other indiscretions that he committed before this incident with Team-Alco and any involvement with Big Ed, none of these incidents have been taken into account and listed in the Public Statement, where if anyone criticized any of his work they would be abused by him, even when squeekazoid opened a thread and asked if anyone wanted a tram and a person simply answered "nope" that person was accused of critisizing his work and that that person could not re-skin anyway.
You will find these threads in these links [www.railpage.com.au/f-t11321590.htm], [www.railpage.com.au/f-t11321157-s0.htm], [www.railpage.com.au/f-t11322725-s0.htm] and [www.railpage.com.au/f-t11324182-s0.htm]. In my honest opinion I feel that the Public Statement as released by the Administrators is biased against Big Ed.
And as one of your own Administrators said "We're a neutral party who, after reviewing the facts, has reached a NON-neutral conclusion.
Please look at these threads and please re-evaluate the Public Statement as squeekazoid was just as guilty as Big Ed.
Thank you
Regards

I also agree, you made Big Ed look like the guilty party. I am not for any sides in this or any arguement, I am only saying what I feel. I feel that the open statement was not very professionally done. You appeared to say that because Railpage Australia™ hosts the Team Alco web site that Big Ed and anyone else tied up with them are not allowed to defend them selves or their work(you make it sound like they owe you) (we owe them for their great models). Judging by his posts Squeek needs to think about what says (types) before he submits.

Let's all leave this in the past, its a new year, let's make a new start.

It was the opinion of the moderators that given your close relationship with Team Alco, and the timing of the post - that your post was aimed at Squeekazoid. His reaction shows a similar understanding.

Squeekazoid's actions are already well known. Made more well known by the actions of Big_ed, which is the reason we had to post this in the first place.

We wrote from a neutral position and arrived at the conclusion that Big_Ed had made some majorly bad decisions that outweighed - BY FAR those of Squeekazoid.

But now it's time to test your theory. You say that Squeekazoid was just as guilty as Big Ed. What was it that Squeek did that justified threats of violence, as well as phonecalls to his house?

In a further development this evening, I have been instructed to lock this thread as this is now a police matter.

Myself, and the rest of the moderators are sad that it has had to come to this. If anyone wishes to discuss this matter further, I'm only a PM away - or you can contact moderators@railpage.com.au.
