I doubt it though
the NSW GSM route is a huge file installer, your looking at perhaps 130MB of the download. somewhere between there.
And that is way too huge for an e-mail attachment.
It just all depends on Russell if he wants to or not.
But my guess is there a 5% to 0% chance it'll be back.
the other 95% to 100% chance it won't.

Don't you have broadband, it takes me about 15min to download 130mb and hotmail is now offereing 2GB of inbox space

Hotmail is offering 2Gb of inbox space, but if you read the rules, it will say something like each e-mail can't be more than about 10MB. This would mean at least 13 seperate e-mails of 10MB zip files. Then you'd be playing Russian Roulette hoping that they all extracted properly when you went to install them.

Due to computer reasons I have been away from MSTS for the last 18 months.
Coming back to this forum today is the first I've heard of a 'Main South' route and I am rather disappointed to learn that such a significant route is no longer available to be downloaded. (as it was one I had been looking forward to using ever since purchasing MSTS all these years ago)
It will probably only add to the heartbreak, but can I ask for some details about this route such as:
*when it was first released?
*what era was the route based on?
*where did the line start and end?
thankyou.

130Mb. Well there is an easy quite cheap way.
Burn "whatever" to a CD. Put the CD into a thin plastic or paper cover (not those normal CD covers) and place in an envelope, make sure no wider than the CD itself and it will be thin enough to be posted normally as letter for 55 cents. Don't worry about the CD getting busted, just make sure the data side is covered. I've done this a lot of times like this (even to France and US) and NEVER,,,,, had a problem.
Maybe a kind MSTS user has it and could do this for you as a fellow MSTS user who loves the route.

.....or could the nice creators of the route re-upload it to the internet for download? You know, to justify the reason for creating the route in the first place. I for one, are capable of saying a genuine "thankyou" for their efforts.
