Can anyone spot the very subtle difference in the 2nd image compared to the 1st?

All the images were taken withing a few seconds of eachother.

I dont know much about these locos, I cant pick any difference. Been lookin at it for the past 10mins. Is it something to do with a mechanical part of the loco?

Lowndes, does that engine in your avatar always have a face or was it strapped to the front for that actual run?

LOL, neither. The face has been photoshopped onto the front of K160. Its a good mate, he has a face of me on his avatar also on a J Class. Just a joke between us.

Yeah i was thinkin that also. Bit hard to tell with the angle the shots were taken. It looks like the inside valve gear works. I was more looking at the reverser, but i gave up looking in the end. Great job though, the detail is excellent!

Back from my week away - the inside valve gear does work, but that wasn't the difference.

The front windows open with the mirror command Ctrl+8 in MSTSBin although this may be removed soon as it doesn't appear to work properly for some MSTSbin versions - still checking.
