Honestly, if you really think that I am going to let you copy CD's of my route and release them after that little tirade in the thread, you have another thing coming.
You are a twit, and quite frankly deserve a royal lambasting for your attitude. It is people like you and your attitude that started the whole issue with routes and rollingstock being pulled in the first place.
As such, I will stop what is being said here, and I will simply say that if anyone has made anyone miserable here, it would be you. DON'T try and hang that on me.
Mr. Anderson... surprised to see me?

Not only will you not copy or re-distribute my route, but you will not USE anything from my route without getting the necessary permissions from various modellers and artisans.
Otherwise, it won't just be me you'll be annoying the crud out of, but the ENTIRE MSTS community at large. It's one thing to get the Aus scene ready to have you strung up, it's another to have the worldwide community ready to haul you over the coals.
Just a friendly word of advice on the whole subject
Mr. Anderson... surprised to see me?

To all MSTS members,
Be advised that PhilChorusch did at 1459 on the 17/12/07 post from Goulburn. NSW a pirated copy of Chris Nelsons AU Central West Route. Two days after he told Chris that he would not do any copies for anybody. It proves that Phil cannot be trusted with his word and now this matter is being handed over to Chris for his decision as to whether the matter be placed in the hands of the Federal Police for breaches to the Copyright Act.
I call upon the moderators of Railpage Australia™ to deregister PhilChorusch and ban him for life from all forums for blatant breaches of the Copyright Act.

And you know this how?
Not being distrustful, but, we must give Phil the benefit of the doubt until it is proven he commited the alleged offence.

KRviator,
How do I know? The package arrived at my address today with the CD in it and the time and date is on the package and it also gives me the return address to which is not going to be publicised.
This matter is now up to Chris as to whether he wants me to prepare a case for the Federal Police.
If you contact Yuri he will explain who I am

ARG706,
When you post a package and the post office put a franking stamp on it the stamp shows the post office that it is posted from, the amount of postage, the date it is posted, the time it is posted, the postcode that it is posted from and an identification number. The package that arrived today was posted from Goulburn at 1459 hours (2:59pm) on the 17/12/07 with my address as receiver and Phils address as sender. The package contained 1 only imation CD-R with written on it by hand "AU Central West Route", "MSTS Freeware" and "Route by Chris Nelson"

Phil, gotta watch out when you shoot, if you don't do it right you might just shoot yourself in the foot.
My guess is that Phil will take his cue and quietly disappear from the scene.
He is probably an enthusiastic kid, but one crosses the line when they knowingly do what isn't on.
