KRviator,
How do I know? The package arrived at my address today with the CD in it and the time and date is on the package and it also gives me the return address to which is not going to be publicised.
This matter is now up to Chris as to whether he wants me to prepare a case for the Federal Police.
If you contact Yuri he will explain who I am

Very interesting. I had a sneaking suspicion the little twerp would do something like that.

I'll have a talk with the rest of the team and get back to you via PM.

SqueekyWheel,
May I suggest that you spell your posts right because that only pisses people off even more. Rolling Eyes

taggy, give squeekywheel a break... he's obviously a school kid, and aren't we supposed to be more lenient on them, being that they are so young and don't know any better?

Hi Phil,
I was wondering if you could do a copy of the above route on cd for me if I send you a blank cd with the postage for it to be returned. I do not expect you to pay for the cd or the postage. Please reply to this email address with your address if you are able to do it for me.
Regards
Russell

Alltrains. Did you just ASK for copyrighted material? To me, that is worse that what Phil has done! If Phil gets arrested, I will hold you repsonsible, because YOU asked for the route in the first place, therefore, you set him up.

You cannot be trusted, just like Phil. End of story.

I will no longer be posting in this thread. I ask for the mods to LOCK IT NOW.

Buddy.

Sounds like someone needs a nap.

Personally I have no problems with what Alltrains did, as he "asked for" the route after Phil claimed black and blue that he wouldn't copy or distribute the route. All Phil had to do was say to Alltrains was that he had said taht he wouldn't copy the route, and that he didn't want to break his word.

Doesn't hurt much to do that, does it?

Instead Phil goes against everything that he claims he wouldn't do, then not only gives the route to someone (which iin of itself is a breach of copyright LAW), but then publishes Alltrain's personal details and address on a public forum.

Do I sense a bit of flagrant stupidity here? Just possibly.

The really dumb thing is that if people would be willing to wait a while, there may be a bit of a suprise for them coming.

Chris, Please don't be put off by this...

It'd be a damn shame if yet another twit caused even more problems for the MSTS community...

Well since people wanted to know what the weather is like
here in Goulburn at the moment it's rainning

Hey Chris I'm nowhere near my teenage years
I thought I let you know you see Railcorp
wouldn't allow me to apply for jobs if I wasn't
over 18 years old and when I copied the
cd of your route (Not saying any names)
I did that out of the kindness of my hatefull stupid
heart and yeah because the person asked
and another thing I copied it before I told
you that I won't do it anymore so you see I
all ready told you without you even knowing

the word (ANYMORE) would well should have given it away
get it mate I only done it once and never again
Razz

I know what your supprise is Chris Very Happy and I'm not saying anything
not one word

Hey Chris just one more thing I asked someone last month
to copy your route for me and they did witch was very
kind of them maybe I just break the disk in half
it has caused me problems but I'm not going to
I like derailling Chris Jennings XPT and a load of
other trains inclueding 50 to 70 wagons long freight
trains

Who could remember his escapades on Train-Sim.Com, where Yuri's 38 was out of scale, and that his 422 MSTS model was better than yours. Laughing

An outright tool, gave us Aussies a good name didn't he? Rolling Eyes

Yes, I would have to say it is a sore point with me, because of the things that happened around that time with the flame wars and the threats and the copyright issues we saw a down turn in the train simming on these forums as some of the modellers moved to other sites and some even gave it away altogether.

I'd say a few of us went from MSTS to Model Railways, as the downturn in MSTS Forum traffic reciprocated the upturn in MR Smile

In saying that, enough theatrics has been played out here. Thread locked until further notice.

My last word is to Chris, please keep up the good work! Smile
