Not same as Austimer. Austermere became Bong Bong and since closed. Is located between Burradoo (138.840km) and Berrima Junction (143.250km).

That is to say, Yo Yo the Toy.
Another category might be the sound that birds and animals make.
Generally the two individual words are pronounced the same.
An exception is Goonoo Goonoo which is pronouced IIRC something like GooNoo G'Noo.
