We have had more faltaliies, and I have decided to unsticky this thread and let it dissapear. We do not need it reminding ourselves everytime we log in. (will unsticky it in a week)

This locked thread is an index to several accident threads.
If a major incident or accident or fatality occurs, it will be listed here, and the date changed on the title. The thread for such incidents will be probally made sticky and locked for a month or two then made normal posts. This thread will index them, so we can keep the amount of sticky and annoucement threads down.
You may suggest threads to be included, by PM to me or other mods.
