What do you mean by 2 different boiler designs?
3013, 3137, 3112 and 3102 have saturated boilers. 3001 and 3016 have superheated boilers.

Right yes although the decision could be made I guess to superheat 3102. Shame that the tanks wouldn't be superheated. I think that would be rather interesting.
Don't forget to do this you would also need to replace the Slide Valves with Piston Valves.
The difference in saturated and superheated boilers wouldn't be a significant challenge. In terms of the structure of the boiler it's only a matter of drilling the tube plates.
