Can I just ask a question - what is the boundary between what belongs in here and in the NSW forum? I can assume a discussion about, say, an R set on the Bankstown line would belong in here, but where would these belong:

- A discussion about the diesel railcars on the Hunter line
- A discussion about the diesel railcars on the Southern Highlands line (ARTC track as with above)
- A discussion about V sets in Lithgow
- A discussion about freight through the Sydney suburban area, or about the freight lines in Sydney
- A discussion about Tarro Station

Question

"The trains at Pennant Hills run roughly every half hour. Nobody in their right mind uses a service that shoddy. That so many do just proves how many dumb and/or desperate people there are in Sydney." - MrPC

Railcorps bounderies are Moss Vale/Lithgow/Dungog/Nowra so anything in those areas can go inthis forum as far as pass trains go.

I'd go as far as saying Cityrail, in here. Countrylink, and anything else goes into NSW forum. Metro goods lines, etc. NSW Forum. Keep this forum for Cityrail discussion.

Thats my take on it, anyway.

Short story: sparks and suburban infrastructure.

Look in the Melb Suburban for some examples.

Sounds simple enough.

Thank you for explaining that Smile

Things will often overlap. They do in the Melbourne Suburban forum.

Why not just relax, and make the most of this forum for a while before ground rules are laid down. Who knows; maybe things will fall into place on their own.

And on that note, I also recommend the "Welcome" sticky as a good read Smile

Trial an error SitWWW... just post wherever you like, and if you put a thread in the wrong place youll get a warning, get banned, reincarnate yourself and know where to put things in future. Laughing

I never knew you were so hard on people putting stuff in the wrong forums. Razz

Speaking of warning levels, how long until mine will go down?
