Hi all
I have TRS2004 & TRS2006. When i go to download anything i keep getting errors.
I did get halfway through one using the download helper but it stopped about halfway and just sat there like it for 7hours Shocked .
A friend did have a go at helping me out but we never got anywhere.
The FTP just come up with a "page cannot be displayed" error.
We have tryed using Firefox and IE, with security setting down low, just about tryed everything we know. Is there anybody who would know a solution to this problem?

DLS is tempermental at the best of times and catus fuctus at the worst.

For FTP, don't use IE. Use the MSdos prompt. Try this...

Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt.

You'll get the standard box open up. Type FTP

Type Open then Files.auran.com or firstclass.auran.com depending what one you want.

Enter your Username and password. Use caution with your password, you can't just copy and paste it, you need to enter it letter for letter and it IS case-sensitive.

Then navigate around using standard MSdos directory commands.

oh, and be sure you set your FTP mode to BINARY by typing, funnily enough, BINARY before you start changing the directory.

GET will get you the CDP file, as in GET 123435_21342.CDP and will save it to your computer somewhere.

LOCAL will let you sepcify WHERE it will save it to, (I think).

There are a few others that I can't remember right now, but if you can't figure it out from there, give me a yell and I'll see what else I can do...
