With thousands of people around the world using Gmax somehow I don't think the software is to blame. It takes patience and skill to use any 3d software which seems to be lacking on your part.
There are hundreds of tutorials on the net, use them, or you will never get anywhere using any type of 3d modelling software.
Also why open a new thread when 2 posts down you have posted an identical post.

 I forgot about my other thread. This one should delete after 7 days, I do agree with you that it seems to be lacking on my part I try so many times just to create models for my route and some trains but it's not working for me so I guess I have to give up on trying unless I find a 3d program that I can find it easy to understand

I had a bit of trouble with Gmax as well... It's a very powerful program, but as a result it has a rather steep learning curve. If you can get your hands on a copy of TSM Phil, try that. It's not as powerful as Gmax, but as a result it's not quite as complicated, and is quite suitable for making models for MSTS. There are plenty of tutorials for it on the internet as well.
