Notice how a thread you want to see moves down the page and is lost in the old pages? This thread will keep the duplicate threads down. It's up to you now to add and maintain this by a post here, or a PM to mods to suggest topics. When your request has been done, your post will be deleted from this thread. This reduces the need for sticky posts that should be for important announcements/issues.

However "if" a topic is popular, it will remain near the top anyhow, and you will not use this index. If the topic is not popular or been posted to for a while, it will no longer be at the top. This index allows you to find it quickly and jump to it if needed.
