I've downloaded the required stuff, installed it, and when i go to select the route, MSTS crashes. It only does it when i click on the North East Route.

Anyone eles having this problem?

I had trouble getting this route and the Bendigo one as well, to run, when I went to run the Installme Bat, I kept getting "access denied" messages all the time, so both routes would crash! I am running Vista Home Premium, so after looking around all the Train-sim/UK forums I found the answer to my problem, turn off the "USER ACCOUNT CONTROL". After doing this, both installme bats ran ok and I am now enjoying both these great routes. If you are running XP then I don't have any answers for you.

Cheers,

Craig.

I had a similar problem to start with. I found it best to scroll down and select the route slowly for the first couple of times. I also run it in default mode for the first time.

After doing this for the first couple of times it now works very well.

I am having these problems:

1. The route seems all choppy and occasionally freezes up.
2. Also the mouse is choppy.
3. Certain actions do not occur, such as the wipers and headlights on the trains.
4. I get error messages around Strathmore/Glenbervie saying it can't read the platforms and when the train goes past, there is no platform, just the station building.

I keep running the BAT file, but it does not work. It occasionally cause MSTS to crash.

You didn't install the extra platform sections, did you.

Hit shift+Z to show the framerate display, then see what it says.

Hi,
I use Trainstore since I have 70 odd routes and 2,000 consists and 938
folders in my oz train collection.
I have to cutback my display settings to get best performance on parts of this route as is the case for some other routes.
If I want to just run this Route and say the Six default routes I create a folder say 'Routes x' and move the other 64 to this folder which the game ignores.I do the same with my Trains folders.
Over all I am happy with this Route.
Regards Geoff

That sounds like an error with the zip, maybe try downloading it again?

Hi Hitachi_178M,
1 Create a new folder
2 Move then 01_VR_North_Main file to this folder .
3 UNZIP 01_VR_North_Main_z01 AND 01_VR_North_Main_z02.
4 Move the resulting unziped files 01_VR_North_Main.z01,01_VR_North_Main.z02 to the new folder.
5 unzip 01_VR_North_Main in the new folder.

Regards Geoff
