Anyway, it appears to have been fixed. I tried it with Mumbai time (or some sh1t), and the NSW setting has overridden it nicely.
Bugger. now I have nothing to complain about...

I have read through the previous posts and cannot see how anyone can say it is fixed. You can appear to work around the issue. I have it set to say Victoria and I am told that Fang will take care of it. But Fang has not taken care of it. I can post a message at 8am and it says I posted it at 9am (is that posting to the future or a time delay?)
Is Fang going to be fixed or should I leave Victoria and live somewhere anonymously?

You could be behind the times in more ways than one, garethsh. Fang was "fixed" a long time ago and is no longer in use.
My time is set correctly and seems to be auto-adjusted by the server, although not at precisely 3.00 am on the changeover date.
