40 to 45 same resolution

It's not only graphics card that effects it. There are many things, but some things can include:
Graphics Card RAM and GPU, CPU Speed, Amount Of RAM, how fragged your hard drive is, graphics quality, if anti-aliasing is enabled on your graphics card, the list goes on
