What has a wagon got to do with a passenger car?

That's an interesting textured box you have made. No offense but I think you will have to go back to the drawing board in this one mate. Confused

Well done Phil, that’s an excellent start.

Unlike some of your detractors you have managed to get a 3D model you built imported into MSTS, congratulations.

Is it a scenery item or a working train set?

Once again well done, keep at it and I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.

Is that your first model Phil. With all the trouble you've encounted with various programs its good to see you have finally got something working in the sim.

As you build more models you will learn how to add curves to boxes and your models will look much better. Keep up the good effort and dont rush things. BTW what 3d program are you using.

Thanks guy's,

The first model that I done is a water box this can be found on the Train-sim.com site I do have other models that I created as followed

Water box, Cityrail Ticket Barrier, Sydney Central Station Sign, Cityrail Ticket Machine Small Version, Large Buffer, HSET OSCAR and I just finished off the HUNTER RAILCAR

I am still working on the pantograph but it's hard for me to work out the only parts that I didn't build is the Bogies/ Wheels as these are done by David Rowe...

Now that Hunter Rail Car looks alot better. Should be good once the front is fixed up. Also what cabs are you planning to use?

Great work Phil I knew you could do it just as long as you kept on trying.
Hey it might be just a textured box to some people but To someone learning 3d modelling it is a magnificent creation.
And to get it into the sim as well now that is an achievement.
The only way from here is Up, you will get better as time passes just keep at it and dont lose faith.
Cheers

Thanks guy's I am very greatful that everyone likes the progress of my models of the HSET OSCAR & Hunter Railcar, I am re-building the HSET OSCAR and Hunter Railcar's due to an error I done on both locomotives when I built them but DON'T PANIC I am probally looking at the first week of July 08 before I can release them, as for the HSET wagons they are completed so that's less that I have to worry about except for afew things that I am really having trouble building and I would like to ask for some help for the parts I need done such as the pantograph, coulpers, & bogies if anyone can do this for me that would be great here is a propa list for the needed parts:

HSET OSCAR - PANTOGRAPH
HSET OSCAR & HUNTER RAILCAR - COULPERS
HUNTER RAILCAR - BOGES "But Not The Wheels" Just the frame"

Notice: The person who helps me with the needed parts must have Train Sim Modeler...

The Sounds & Cabviews I am using is:
The G & Tsets CABVIEWS BY: Michael Thompson - Both Locomotives
MSET Sounds BY: Chris Jennings - HSET
KIAH31 Sounds (Default) - Hunter Railcar

For Release Date: I am looking at June or July 08 no later...

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say I am pleased to anounce that my model of Cityrail's Hunter Railcar is fully completed but DON'T PANIC it will be uploaded soon once I get permission from Michael Thompson for the cabview that I have used from his G & Tsets...

Please Note: When you have a look at my Hunter Railcar you will notice the bogies are a textured black box I have tried to fix this problem but TSModeler kept on creating a Blank.ace witch turned it Blue so I have just desided to leave this part the way it is for now anyway....

My model of Cityrail's Hset Oscar is going to be abit delay due to some of the extra parts I have to build such as the pantograph, I will make a post for this when I have completed it...
