I am sorry to disappoint you mate but there isn't any way to get this locomotive anymore as the Steam4me site has removed it for a reason that I do not wish to speak of and I would like Yuri to himself to let you know the reason why...
Here is an idea if you have a 3D modelling program you could make your own model of the locomotive I find that Train Sim Modeler is the best but you can judge it for yourself... Or if you can remember the authors name who created the locomotive that would be a great help for you as you can find the authors at train-sim.com when you search and view the readme files witch can give you contact information this is the best I can do for you mate...
