I am not aware that you have used the photo before, it just looked vaguely familiar.
I was initially thinking Pucawan or Quandary but they were not right so I did a little research.
Where is this.
If it is a bit obscure I will post a photo looking in the other direction but I do not know how much help that will be as the grass is a bit long!

There are no rails under that grass but there were once.

Neither Luadra, Mangoplah nor where the Colingullie - The Rock road crosses the Kywong line heading North from the Rock but to get to any of those places you would probably have travelled close to this location.

Neither Luadra, Mangoplah, where the Colingullie - The Rock road crosses the Kywong line heading North from the Rock, nor out Westby way.
To get to any of the places listed in the last paragraph from Sydney by rail you would have travelled over or close to this location but it is a fair way from any of them.
It is within two kilometres of an active and very well used railway line and the photo was taken from a well used public road.
It is not on the Ballina line

Taken last weekend. The grass is a bit long to really show the formation very well.

It did look familiar, though there was a lot less grass when I last saw it many years ago.
Most of the original line between Cullerin and Gunning was deviated when the line was duplicated around 1915, and most of that original formation is still visible from the old Hume Highway. Between Gunning and Fish River, where the photo was taken, the deviation looped to the north and almost doubled the distance between the two.

Yes indeed, the former bridge just north of the original waterfront Portland Station.
There is an historical plaque on the edge of the road above, and on the other side the 251 Milepost sits in a corner of what is now a front yard, and the cutting an the northern side is still mostly in place to just beyond the fenceline.
