    How does one access the Locomotive Page these days, all I get is connection has timed out, try again, the XPT page comes up okay

    I can only answer the question by relating what I do
    http://www.railpage.com.au   Content.Railpage Websites, Locomotive Page & then time out
    or I try   http://locopage.railpage.org.au
    http://www.railpage.com.au
    http://www.railpage.org.au
    I have tried all these combinations on Explorer & Mozilla.
    Once in Railpage Websites I can access about half the the subjects listed.
    I hope this goes someway towards answering your question
