1. Labor, Policy to electrify the Gawler line, expand the tram network, fix Torrens section of Main South Road.

None of those so-called policies can actually be found in the Labor platform, and all three have absolutely no credibility after being promised numerous times by the two gunners Rann & Weatherill - they're gunna do this, they're gunna do that but in the end they're firing blanks every time.

I don't think a Liberal government will be a good thing in the immediate term, but in the long term it will be good if a term or two in opposition helps Labor get their house in order.

Go ahead, vote for the greens if you hate the two main parties, but a vote for many of the minor groups just flows to the Liberals anyway. The one party that does deserve the "protest vote" is the Liberals for not even trying, didn't even trot out their usual pet road project this year.

Better still, people can write in their own preferences below the line rather than swallowing the typical FUD from the Labor Liars about "preferences flow to the Liberals anyway."

Unless you fill out below the line and put lots of numbers in before labor then lots of numbers then liberals, okay not that simple but you choose where your vote goes.

It's not that hard if you have the necessary skills to count to 63, simply download a sample ballot paper and work out your preferences at home, then copy out the order onto the proper ballot paper at the polling booth.

I did directly ask the premier's office how they could justify spending $50 on a food bridge, when there was no funding to electrify the Gawler line. The foot bridge could be delayed until such time as a design SACA were happy with was worked out. I didn't get a reply, despite the office staffer being interested in the question as well.

Your right though, two choices:

2. Liberals, Policy missing in action. Deputy Leader uses dog ate homework type excuse.

I got it in person, and in writing, that the plan to electrify to Salisbury is going ahead "despite the Federal Government pulling funding" to quote how he put it.
