I got this todayI also received this email yesterday, I had given up on hearing back from them.
A system error in the Acendre Talent Management software used by Metro to manage your application has caused a delay in assessing you for the role of Trainee Train Driver. The system error has now been rectified and we will contact you within the next 2 weeks as we resume the assessment process.
Acendre and Metro apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.
