2202 was on 2MP1 today still in GWA? colours anyone know why it is heading west and where it was attached?2202 is an Aurizon owned loco still in ARG livery. It was stabled at Port Flat yard on Sunday and was on 7PM1 last night, so I'd say it was working as a banker to Tailem Bend on 7PM1 and returned on 2MP1 today
Looks like there are now operators using bankers in the hills Aurizon and PN. Good info pressman.Bankers have in use in the Hills by all operators throughout the diesel era as and when required.
Has there been an increase in loading across the hills ? I checked the Gheringhap site but not being updated at present.
Interesting movement would have thought PN would have more locos available for banking.

NR113 looks to have been cut off 4PM6 at Tailem Bend. MRL002 now appears to be leading.

Grain running again today 1281S east of Adelaide having already been over the hills. Grain seems to be running quite regularly over the past week.Well with Harvest about to commence so you'll find Viterra will be clearing country silos to export terminals ready for this seasons new intakes.
