    I'm wanting to get some old content removed if possible pls?

    Perhaps Bevans has already responded by deciding not to remove that content as he considered it has worth and filed your PMs in his delete box.

    Yes, that family should be proud that their efforts have be highlighted in a very positive manner. Lots of us ask the same questions about local government authorities that bellyache about the high cost of landfill rubbish tips yet do nothing to eliminate the source of the rubbish. Local governments, if they band together, have collective influence, so could hassle state governments about packaging. Some states recently banned certain plastic bags etc and other wasteful containers, so state governments do have powers and will use them if pushed and prodded enough in a very public and embarrassing manner.

    Thank you everyone.

    yes, i have requested Gippsland Times to remove it but they pointed me here.

    i want it removed as it indicates where my family and i live.  i enjoy being completely anonymous.

    this post is 18 months old, it doesn't have anymore relativity

    i'm happy for the post to stay if our names are removed.

    yes, i am very proud of what we achieved, thankyou for your positive comments.

    OP clearly didn't want every Tom, Dick and Gunzel being able to identify them using the article which made it pretty easy to ID and find them

    A pretty reasonable request I reckon although one wonders how many people would ever have found it if not for this thread! Bloody trolls.
