    Mmm, bit of a dilemma with this one.  I'm thinking the answer here might be a station thst saw its final Sydney Trains services last weekend and then closed its doors. Light-hearted advice on continuing eligibility please!

    Thanks VG. I've been trawling (not trolling!) for some of the lesser known candidate stations and came up with this:

    "Just by striking out I made the whole weird ballpark go crazy!"

    If it helps to de-crypt this a bit, there's no need to look outside the words of the puzzle. Try dividing it into two over-lapping parts. The first part ends with "I", the second part begins with "I". Together they'll (hopefully) lead you to our destination.

    Not Medlow Bath. Curious as to derivation?

    Perhaps my suggestion of considering only the actual words of the two parts of my cryptic with no need to look outside it wasn't helpful after all!

    Part 1: "Just by striking out I......." hints that an "i" needs to be removed from somewhere later in the puzzle. There is only one "i" amongst the remaining words.  

    Part 2: "... I made the whole weird ballpark go crazy!". " ..... go crazy" signals an anagram. Then, with the "i" struck out of "we(i)rd the "whole" of "weird ballpark" becomes "werdballpark" which, scrambled, delivers us neatly onto the East Hills Line at one of the network's lesser-known stations.

    I ended up with LEWERDBAL, and stopped there.  (Medlow Bath was just a blind stab.)  So I guess it has to be Bardwell Park, and I was never going to get it.
