Welcome to Railpage Australia™ Hally. I thought I would answer you first so you stay and enjoy the forums.
We have had a lot of trouble in the past from users wanting this that etc., putting off the talented modellers here. So I'd suggest a few things to help you ( and any others )
1. Read the Announcement: Railpage Australia™™ MSTS forums <- READ THIS BEFORE POSTIN sticky to know the groundrules.
2. Never ask for a model,route etc.
3. Never ask for a update on a model/route
4. Respect the modeller's time, effort, results.
Now to get more specific for your enquiry
5. Try the Railpage Australia™ area for MSTS - over on the left, under Content, Downloads.
6. Try the place for MSTS - http://steam4me.railpage.org.au/trainsim/
7. Try http://www.train-sim.com/login.htm as well - there are alot of aussie models available there, you just have to search for them.
8. Remember to be kind , respectful, and never want something here, and it will be a great resourse.
My ideas is I never ask for anything, expect anything, and are happy for whatever these fine people produce. I respect them for their skills, and hope the few who do cause them grieg do not outweight the many who I hope are like me.
Sorry I have no good repsonse to you regarding the actual models you are interested in, I have given you some sites to check out. Also worth searching here in Railpage Australia™ for keywords.
HAVE FUN !
Regards,
David Head

Nice response there David.
Most of us don't mind the questions that you outlined from point one to three, when asked in a reasonable and polite manner. Its the constant crap from one or two individuals pestering people for various things such as release dates. models etc that can get people upset. I'm lucky in this respect in that I model mainly Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania which nobody seems to want anyhow so I usually don't get bothered by them.

yeah sorry dave,
cant say i know much about rail in general, everything so far i have figured out by looking out the window on my morning and evening comute to uni.
If i offended anyone it was not my intention, i spose i just assumend that there would be all the downloads for msts avaliable at any time. Being a flight sim fan because i am a pilot, and a member of flight sim dot com i assumed these sites were similar. But i am definatly enoying msts and this site so thanks to all the contributors.

I just wished to help you know the situation here before any other guy gave you a "flame". My purpose was to help, because we have had some trouble with other posters wanting to know, this, that etc.
Hally, do not think you have done wrong, just you are a newcommer, and I hope you will enjoy the forums by hopefully steeering you away from the "dark side" and onto better things. Do post your experiances and ideas you have now that you have found MSTS.
You are most welcome here!
Regards,
David Head
