G'day to one and all.

Can I put in a request for some screenies of the route in question to be put up here for public viewing? It's been some time since we saw any screenies of it, and I'm sure that the rest of the community would like to see some new ones.

Just a request!

Michael.

Michael,
Have you been to Yuri's site recently? The last time I checked, there were screenshots from parts of it with in both the overland & R711 download sections.

Cheers,

More to come.

Funny you say that James. Last night, I was running the train from Sunshine, and I was looking at the loco in the F2 view from side on. I was reminded of some scenes in the '2001 in Victorian steam' video and tried to take a screenshot showing road to post as a motorcading shot! Interesting coincidence. I will try and do so over the next few days, inbetween a busy weekend and finishing the loco.

Cheers,
Matt

This route is ONLY between Sunshine and Ballarat. It includes Sunshine, Ardeer, Deer Park, Rockbank, Melton, Bacchus Marsh, Ballan, Gordon, Bungaree & Ballarat stations. It is mainly based on the route how it was in the 80's.

Note the car on the FAR LEFT of the pic.

Someone better have a good explanation on how that got there!

Note sure if there actually is a xing in that pic, I doubt it.

That reminds me, must add default route spawner to my level xing's to test them, I might be in the same boat.

A certain other game had the A-Team dodge vanmotorcading Aussie Trains but I wont go there (Most here wont know what the van is that is due to age)

when all beta testing is finished.
to all beta testers, signal script is now written, so expect some mail in the next week or so.
to everyone else wait until we are finished and satisfied that there are no bugs or errors.
remember patience is a virtue,
the longer the wait the better end result.

Hi all,

I've posted a few more screenies of this route in the D3 thread in the design forum. If the mods think it is a good idea, should those posts be moved over to this theread?

Cheers,
Matt A
