I want 2 know what everyone thinks....... do they look better refurbished, or do you prefer the green and gold....... i personaly prefer the green and gold. Anyone for the old teacup livery?

Not Teacup. I think the Connex livery looks better. And not that modified one on the Xtraps with the blocks of lighter blue.

Connex have done it all correct. I like the new nose they have it is heaps better than M>Trains and the unrefurbished type. Where the Connex logo is behind the cab they should have made a window there because it is heavily vandalised in that part. And to put the name there just use the see through sticker method that is used on trams with te huge adds that cover windows.

Yes the window in that position on the Hitachis is really nice.
The only thing about the Yellows is the seats - I think they're nicer than the Blue ones. (The Smiley seats are good though.) Of course they need to be vandal-proof.
I was at Ballarat when Alstom had their open day last April and there was a seat there in the dumpmaster! I didn't let it stay - no use filling up the landfill is there!
