Does the 4:30 Belgrave start from Flinders Street? Also, does it go to Ringwood or Belgrave after the 4:30 run?

16.30 Down Belgrave starts at Flinders Street.

Stops all to Richmond, then Camberwell, Box Hill, then all stations to Belgrave.

After it gets to belgrave it runs empty to ringwood.

is this a special train not on the timetable?

i looked on the timetable city to belgrave monday-friday and the trains are

4:21 lilydale express
and
431 blackburn stops all stations

edit:
i got this from conex website


Point of departure: FLINDERS STREET
Point of arrival:
Date of travel: 18/2/2003
Time of day you wish to travel: 4.25 pm


You leave from FLINDERS STREET
at 4.30pm Take BELGRAVE line
Direction BELGRAVE
arrival
at 5.38pm Arrive at BELGRAVE station
at 5.38pm You arrive at BELGRAVE
Travel time : 1h 08 min

it's definately in the timetable!

do NOT use the connex trip planner, it's even worse then the M>Train/M>Tram one... i planned a trip from my house to my school, the connex journey took 16 hours and 5 minutes, arriving at school at 11.35pm, leaving my house at 7.30am
