Tom,

I have been working on for many months the Adelaide suburban system as it was in the late 50's when it was at its peak, including many lines which are now long gone, such as the Hendon, Henley Beach, Willunga, Finsbury, and Semaphore, and lines no longer in use, Penfield, GMH, Northfield lines. Have been dabbling with creating a 3d model of the Adelaide railway station but the fun is laying the tracks as the track centres in MSTS is very different to the centres in real life. Am working on overcoming this. Have a full 3d model of Woodville, minus texture, as well as Goodwood and Glanville stations, these 3 being major junctions in the system. By the way, Goodwood was hell aligning the switches to and from the main south line to Belair then onto the Victorian border, and the southern line to Willunga. Took me 2 weeks alone and then X-Tracks to make it work, but thankfully now I have it working without MSTS crashing.
All my station markers are in place and terrain is set to the height above sea level at which they are, and all are in as near correct position to within 1/100th of a minute.
Let me know if you've made any progress on your system and we could compare. Cheers, Troy

Do you have any screenshots?? I started a South Australian route, and was working on Salisbury yard (as in 1980), when somehow the files corrupted ( I suspect the upper quadrant sema4's had something to do with it :@) I too would be interested in helping anyone who wants to work on a South Australian route.

Hi, This is my first time on this site.
I used to work for S.A.R. then A.N.R./A.N.as a Shunter at Mile End,
then a Guard at Thevenard (WestCoast) (Narrow gauge).
So far I have only built a very boring flat route, mainly to try out different track layouts etc.
If i can help I would be happy to try.
