I see you have 9464 and 9465 listed as "conditional", and seeing as I have never seen a freight down here during the day on a weekday (except for 9461) I think that these two services are very conditional! The only other daytime freights I have seen on a weekday is a briquette train heading to Melbourne around 4pm at Moe and an empty log train heading east at Trafalgar East at about 8am, presumably a few hours late, both of which were a few years ago.

I'm not exactly sure where "Hazelwood" refers to. The only places I can think of are the Morwell Yard (unlikely), Briquette siding (hasn't been used for a while and took briquettes not containers as far as I know), Maryvale Exchange siding, or the siding next to the Maryvale Exchange siding that serviced a container terminal (more likely).

Also, some of the down trains listed have even numbers - would this be a mistake or is it an exception to the numbering?

There was a period of about 4 months were 9464/5 was running 4-5 days a week last year. It is still a "path" in the timetable, so I leave it in.

Hazelwood is the Briquette siding, the briquettes were loaded into open top containers, I have a very nice photo of an A class on the branch about 18-24 months ago (As looked so much nicer in Orange then Green). Smile
