My mistake, as I was dreaming - but what if////////. As David pointed out that it was a proposal at a time when people were maybe more progressive in their thinking. In a time when the main means of transport mode would have been rail for a number of reasons. If somebody would seriously suggested the same scheme today they would be laughed at which really would be a pity
