There was no consortium, there were no investors, there were no press releases, there was no contact with any regulatroy bodies or infrastructure operators, and there was definitely no massive support.

What happened to it was that it never even existed, it was just a fraudulent wind up.

Let it go. You do not want your name to be associated with these shysters who tried to take us for a ride, this stuff doesn't disappear from the Internet, even if this thread is deleted (I hope it is) it stays cached forever and your association with this will not be viewed favourably if you apply for a job and the employer decides to check out your digital footprint before employing you. I hope the forum admins ban you or place you on some kind of moderator pre-approval regime so this kind of nonsense doesn't come up again.
