    Yep, this is a fantastic plan, although it is not often you can use that word (from fantasy) in its true meaning. It is as fantastic as the plan to build a train line to Rowville, or Doncaster or the Dark Side of the Moon. Napthine might as well promise a Stairway To Heaven. The question will be how much this daily HUN propaganda (one good story for the Libs balanced by one bad for Labor) will change the way people will vote. There are a lot of stupid people out there.
