Is there enough standard gauge passenger carriages available to even do that? So of the remaining twenty eight carriages from the thirty four, there should be a power van or two (main and a spare - down to twenty six) and they won't want them all to be seating only. I'd say about twenty twinettes or better.
Either way it'd be an interesting train to see, just for it's length alone, more if they get something interesting to power it.
