Re-opening and fixing up the Toolamba and Rainbow lines were positives when the LNP were in power. A shame they didn't act on a few other closed lines when they should've (i.e. Dookie, Inglewood, Moulamein, and Robinvale).Not quite true, the Murray Basin Rail Project was a Ballieu Government initiative as was the establishment of the PTV and PSOs IIRC (not that I am a fan of PSOs). Depending on who you are listening to at the time there were a few other bits and pieces that were worthwhile but overall more harm than good by some way.The undeniable fact is that the Coalition in Victoria has done jack, nada nothing and I and others have posted evidence of this
