[Metrolinx](http://www.metrolinx.com/) contractors are upgrading signal infrastructure on [GO Transit](http://www.gotransit.com/)'s **Lakeshore East** corridor this weekend. As a result, GO is temporarily adjusting its schedules for trains along the line Saturday, January 23, and Sunday, January 24.
All **westbound** trains leave stations 25 minutes later than usually.
Passengers connecting with buses along the 81 **Port Perry / Whitby** and 88 **Peterborough / Oshawa** routes may have wait as long as 40 minutes to transfer.
The **eastbound** train that usually leaves Union Station at 12:45 a.m. leaves, instead, ten minutes earlier at 12:35 a.m.
