    SAR 801 - 624 | National Railway Museum

    Former South Australian Railways 800 class locomotive no. 801 shunts the 620 class steam loco, no. 624 and a passenger car around the NRM rail yard.

    The 800 class was a SAR shunter class used primarily within Adelaide, while the 620 class were used for fast passenger trains on the SAR broad gauge network.
