With shorter days and longer shadows coupled with infrequent trains on the Tailem Bend to Loxton line, relatively clear skies, a train and a free Saturday evening meant I had to give this line another go.
A bit of a miscalculation initially - rocked up at Wynarka to find the sun straight up and down the track. Thought, "there's still a nice glint on the rails, so what the hell?"
Very lucky the train kicked up the dust as it went over the level crossing (indicative of the state of the perway) which greatly improved the silhouette. Taken at 400mm and less than 50% of the frame used so happy with the way it turned out.
