Inside info meant we knew Southern Shorthaul Railroad's 9847 empty grain from Cootamundra to Caragabal was a good chance of running late on Wednesday morning.
Five hours late so it turned out - if it had run to time the journey would have all been in darkness.
With SSR crew Bernie Baker and Justin Healy at the helm C507/C508 blast out of Cootamundra, NSW, on the approach to Racecourse Road level crossing.
