    Location: at a skyhooks concert living in the 70's
    I saw this recorder car parked up in the flashbutt siding at midland today. does anyone know if it is still used or has it been retired? does anyone have any pictures of it in action?

    Is that the Matisa railcar? It was up here in Narngulu only about 3-4 weeks ago, and there are photos of it being used on the Hotham Valley news page.

    thanks simon. I thought I saw another recorder car in the compound as well but I did not get the number of it. would you know the number of this one and is it still in use as well?

    I know the one you mean Wal, but I don't know its number, or whether John Holland still use it.
