Our friends at the CFMEU aren't doing the comrades' cause much with some of their efforts either. Reductio ad Hitlerum. It may not be good, but they are only doing what the Liberal's Newspaper (more commonly known as the Daily Telegraph) is doing.

So you've been brainwashed, too, eh? It has been pointed out a million times that there is nothing illegal about seeking asylum.

I was referring to the PLAN of sending them to Malaysia that failed. I think that was clear?
I'm glad you agree with the rest that I wrote, then and I've been able to clear that little point up.
Better stick to baddies vs goodies and baddies vs baddies. Much simpler. You and Penny Wong (that ought to tell you something) mention that, she certainly has a lot. How embarrassing it is that a Nation's leader would say that.![]()
Cannot wait for the election blackout so I don't have to put up with the bloody ads on the TV.It is the new way to conduct politics, don't release anything until the last moment so the other party's dirty tricks brigade don't have enough time to examine it and put an opposing spin on it.

...'Can you imagine him at G20? 'Barack, it's baddies versus baddies'. - I've yet to see a leader of a federal political party wanting to be PM who would be this embarrassing when it comes to foreign policy.' - Senator Wong...
...So what about these quotes?
'Trust me, we're doing the right thing, we know who the bad guys are'.
'Well I think where you're right is that there are, as it were, you know, you've got a lot of bad guys in Syria'.
...At least Australia can send Groundrelay, what will the US and UK do?

The reason the major parties leave their "campaign launches" to almost the end is financial - the taxpayer funded travel and expenses end once a campaign is formally launched.Correct, but that still doesn't provide a reason for Labor launching a campaign at all. The costs of travel ought to born by the parties as soon as the writs are issued...
