Trains across the network apart from services on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line and South Coast Line are delayed due to urgent signal repairs between Strathfield and Ashfield. Passengers are advised to delay their trip or expect major delays. Passengers can also use their train tickets to catch regular bus services across Sydney. Passengers should also listen to announcements and check indicator boards.
A coal train has been stopped on the down with the rear wagons back through Cardiff station for the last hour and a half.

T7 - Olympic Park Line - Partial Closure
Sydney Trains advises that trains are suspended on the Olympic Park Line between Lidcombe and Olympic Park due to the derailment of an empty train at Lidcombe. Trains will be diverted to now provide an alternative service between Olympic Park and Strathfield. A limited bus service will also be available between Lidcombe and Olympic Park. Customers can expect delays of up to 20 minutes. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
Important information Blue Mountains Line - Trains between Bathurst, Lithgow, Mount Victoria and Central will resume to the normal timetable from 2am Monday 2 December following repairs to bushfire damaged rail infrastructure.
Been told a Flemo S set was the culprit, near the entry to FMC at the markets.Couldn't have been the markets, as trains were running Strathfield - Oly Park.
Edit: It was Empty Cars ex Liverpool to Flemington Markets then into FMC.

I went past both areas, and couldn't see any sign of derailment, must have been behind FMC.
Isn't the Markets the siding at Flemmington, in which case it could be, as Olympic Park to Strathfield is via the back of FMC, and straight p... Oh, wait... No, you're right.I'd like to think I was right, as I wouldn't have posted if I wasn't..
